You require Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4.0 or higher.
To find out what version you are currently using, open up Internet Explorer, go to "Help", click on "About Internet Explorer" and it will tell you the version number there.
If you still get this message it means that JavaScript Support has not been enabled in your browser.
If you are using Internet Explorer 4.0: Open up Internet Explorer, go to the "View" Menu, click on "Internet Options", click on the "Advanced" sheet tab, go to the heading "JavaVM" and check item 1) "Java Console enabled"
If you are using Internet Explorer 5.0: Open up Internet Explorer, go to the "Tools" Menu, click on "Internet Options", click on the "Advanced" sheet tab, go to the heading "JavaVM" and check item 1) "Java Console enabled" and item 3) Jit Compiler.
